Kitpak Fulfillment receives orders from your eCommerce platform(s) directly into our warehouse management system via information link/integration.  The uninterrupted flow of orders allows for quick and efficient processing. In most cases, orders received by noon are processed and shipped the same day. Order tracking information is automatically posted back to the selling channel.

Multi-Channel Sales

We support and integrate with your multi-channel sales portals and sync your Kitpak inventory across all platforms ensuring correct and accurate inventory balances and availability.

Negotiated Rates

We negotiate discounts with carriers and comparison shop for the best service and rates, ensuring our customers receive the best service for the least total cost.

Client Web Portal Access

We provide 24/7 web portal access for clients to check inventories, review transactions and run reports.

Section 321 Program (for shipments to USA)

Section 321, 19 USC 1321 is the statute that allows orders valued at less than $800 USD to be imported with no need for customs clearance and arrive to US customers free of brokerage or import fees.
